What, why, and when?

iniara.com is my personal website. I have samples of my work as well as personal thoughts on display for the world to see. Originally, I wanted this to be my online portfolio but it evolved into a tool of self expression. The sole purpose being to share my art and thoughts via different means. I’ve been posting things online since 1998 as Lady Mystery.

Who, how, and where?

I am an artist of many talents, but I mostly consider myself a writer, anything else I do is an added bonus. I’m the typical person that knows a bit of everything and not much of anything. I was born and raised in Puerto Rico, I speak and write Spanish and English fluently, and a bit of conversational Portuguese. I started my website with my own domain after the sub-domain I was given as a gift went offline in 2005. The famous Ikiripo and ill 133 were no more. Everything you see here is either hand coded or modified. I’m a self taught web designer. What I love about having my own website is that it’s a form of expression as well as any poem or song I create. Being an island girl that has moved around a lot inside and outside Puerto Rico, I like to think I have an interesting perspective and this greatly influences everything I do. It doesn’t matter where I’ve been or where I’ll go, there’s always a place to call home. Art and expression is everywhere.
